What Does Mile Manager Look Like?

You should really download the application and simply try it out, to see how it looks.  In the free standard download package, you get the complete, fully functional application, copious documentation, and sample data files with a Guided Tour to help you get off to a quick start.

However, if you just want to get a quick look, without going through a download, we have included some typical screen shots here on this page.  Each image shows a typical part of the application in action (with the sample data file which is included, loaded into the application.)

TIP:  To view these screen shots, click on a link below, then use your browser's "BACK" button to return here after viewing each image.

The application's main screen shows the top-level of Mile Manager, and indicates the arrangement of many of its principle functions into "cabinets," for intuitive organization.

The application's vehicles cabinet gives detailed access to each of the vehicles in your database, and to all functions and data, organized from the "viewpoint" of the vehicle itself.

In the application's fuel cabinet you will find numberous ways to arrange, analyse, and create reports of fuel-related data. (For information about the Fuel Cabinet, read the text section.)

The application's client and location cabinet gives access to the visitation history and other information, for any place or person that has been the object of a trip or appointment record.  (For a discussion of the client cabinet's functions, read this text section.)

This client and location cabinet works closely with the Mile Manager calendar, which includes daily notes and a pop-up alarm function.

Both the calendar and the client and location cabinet give you different ways to access and manipulate your appointment records.

In the trips cabinet, you can organize your trips in many ways.  (For a discussion of the trip handling funcitons themselves, read this text section.)

Individual trip records contain all billing and statistical information about a single trip.
