Mile Manager is a versatile application that combines the features of an appointment calendar, with time and mileage tracking, vehicle activity logging and fuel record keeping, and detailed report writing and billing capabilities, into a single product.   Mile Manager v. 3.0 now also supports Excel 97, and is very customizable, to meet the needs of a wide range of users:

Report Writing

Mile Manager has extensive reporting functions for viewing data, whether for billing or personal use, based on vehicle usage or elapsed trip mileage, or based on client visitation histories, billible time with clients, or mileage associated with individual trips.  Totals and statistical averages are maintained by the software, to track and document time, mileage, and other activities, and this data may be viewed in numeric or colored chart formats.

Several printable reports are available which pertain specifically to reimbursible time and mileage, and are thus suitable for use in client or professional billing, or for personal reports for tax or other purposes.

Structure of the Application

Mile Manager uses the metaphor of "cabinets" to organize its functions in an intuitive and attractive manner, at the top level of the application.  All of the cabinets are interconnected in the background, so that data you enter or modify in one cabinet, is instantly available in its proper place, in all the other, related cabinets.

All of the cabinets and their capabilities are described extensively in the documentation that comes with the standard download package.  This download package also includes a sample database and a Guided Tour, to help you get acquainted with the power and versatility of Mile Manager.
